Rachel Carlyle-Gauthier and Billie McCrea are two friends with a common interest in gluten free foods.  Rachel's preschool daughter is gluten intolerant, as is Billie's mother.

Our mission is to make gluten free living easier and tastier for those who must eat a gluten free diet or for those who choose to just for the health benefits. Those with special diets, allergies, celiac or gluten intolerance will benefit greatly from this great selection of GF recipes.

We are pleased to offer this collection of over 100 nutritious and delicious wheat free recipes in our Gluten Free Mama's Best Baking Recipes cookbook.  To make life easier we have put all 100 gluten free recipes at your finger tips under one cover.  We included wheat free breads, pizza crusts, pie crusts, crackers, cakes, cookies, muffins,  tortillas and more, including some dairy, soy, egg and corn free.  We had a lot of fun and were excited every time a new creation came out of the oven looking so good and tasting so delicious.  We took numerous wheat free goodies to stamping clubs, school staff, office staff, church groups and the assisted living center to get their input.  We also had a group of friends that were more than willing to try our recipes and give us feedback.  We took their suggestions and revised each recipe until we got it right.  We did not put any recipe into the book that we ourselves were not completely satisfied with because it is important to us that everyone who purchases this cookbook have good success. So, no more science experiments; no more trial and error.  

We wanted Gluten Free Mama's Best Baking Recipes cookbook to be food for the body, soul and spirit.  We designed this book as food for the body through nutritious and delicious recipes, food for the soul through success and confidence in the kitchen, and food for the spirit with a testimony and numerous encouraging scriptures on every page.
