We ship books via USPS Media Rate anywhere in the USA for the lowest most economical shipping but also offer a choice of Priority Mail.  Please see our checkout pages for more information.  Orders are usually in the mail to you within 1 business day of placing your order.  Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email.  

If you live outside the USA you will need to contact us through an email message at moreinfo@goingglutenfree.com for special rates to your area.  There are no longer media rates or ground/sea rates by USPS.  Everything goes by International First Class Airmail rate outside the USA.   We can also ship UPS and Fed-X but basic costs are higher.
